Sustainability statement
We seek to have a positive impact on our clients, our consultants and the planet. We are committed to supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) for 2030, the global framework for driving progress towards a more sustainable future. We are laying the groundwork to produce a sustainability report in 2024.
We have a range of policies to support ethical and sustainable working practices as we grow, e.g.

• Sourcing responsibly policy, preferring suppliers who have ethical sustainable practices

• Sustainable business travel policy, which includes encouraging train travel and monitoring emissions by project.

• Recruitment policy, which sets out our commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I). Our recruitment process uses a broad set of metrics to capture the level of diversity in our consultants and supports equal access and fair representation.

• Health and wellbeing policy: We strive to provide a positive work culture and nurture health and wellbeing. We offer flexibility to help balance professional and personal needs.

• Supporting communities policy: We have a scheme to offer pro bono work to charities and encourage volunteering.
